We are looking for a vibrant, outgoing individual with infectious energy, polished professionalism, and a natural love to engage guests to join our Front of House team as a: Front of House Customer Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth, charisma, and charm.

• Guide guests through a seamless welcome and departure process.

• Handle inquiries, feedback, and special requests with confidence, care, and a guest-first mindset.

• Collaborate with our team to transform every guest interaction into a positively memorable moment.

• Always present yourself in a polished, professional, and approachable manner.

Requirements:

• A naturally friendly and magnetic personality.

• Confident communicator & natural people person.

• Detail-oriented and professionally polished.

• A proud ambassador of the resort and a true representative of the Antiguan hospitality and culture.

• Experience in hospitality or front-facing customer service is a plus.

• Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
