DISCOVER HIDDEN GEMS OF ANTIGUA

There is no doubt about it, taking to the hills by foot, or by bicycle is not only fantastic exercise, but gives you access to some of the most wonderful secret places on the islands of Antigua and Barbuda.

Hiking in Antigua can be extremely challenging with not only the heat and blazing sun to contend with, but the added complication of cassie which can either dig into your shoe, or can scratch you as you pass a seemingly beautiful looking plant, really 'make its mark'. Check out our flora and fauna pages for more information on what you will see when taking to the trails. Remember to wear a hat, put on sunblock and take plenty of water with you.

Enjoy the Antigua hiking trails whether discovering them by yourself, or with organisations such as the Environmental Awareness Group or the Antigua Hash House Harriers who organise regular hikes.
