Cocobay Resort is a distinctive boutique hotel offering rustic charm and luxury comfort. They are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead restaurant, bar, and outlet teams for efficient operations

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints

• Train and develop staff

• Ensure health, safety, and policy compliance

• Collaborate across departments for service delivery

• Host guests at F&B outlets

• Drive sales of non-all-inclusive offerings

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a supervisory hospitality role

• Certification in hospitality (an asset)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Must work evenings, weekends, holidays

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
