ANTIGUA YACHT CLUB SHAMROCK REGATTA CANCELLED Friday 16th March 2012
It is with regret that we advise you that the Antigua Yacht Club Shamrock Regatta has been cancelled for tomorrow, Saturday, March 17 due to a lack of entries. Some entered boats have cancelled leaving only five boats and it has been determined that five boats is not enough to constitute a Regatta so the event and the party planned for afterwards have been cancelled.
Why not head to Jolly Harbour instead where racing takes place every Saturday afternoon all year round? Racing begins at 2 pm inside the harbour tomorrow afternoon and everyone is welcome. The Shamrock Trophy will be awarded in Jolly Harbour following tomorrow's racing.
