AYC TO HOST CARIBBEAN DINGHY CHAMPIONSHIPS IN AUGUST, 2011 Saturday 25th June 2011
This summer, Antigua Yacht Club will be hosting the 25th Anniversary of the Caribbean Dinghy Championships from August 19th to 21st. Teams from six different countries, including Antigua, will participate in the event which will take place over three days commencing on Friday the 19th of August. Activities on the first day of the event will consist of a fun day for participants, both on and off the water.
This event is not restricted to adults only. Sailors of all ages are welcome to participate. The last time Antigua hosted this event was in 2008 and it is expected to be an even bigger success this year! If you’re not a sailor, come an join in the excitement shoreside and you can even volunteer to assist with serving food and drinks!
This promises to be an exciting event for everyone.
