With a final flourish of excitement, the OPTINAM 2023 ended in Antigua as Team Antigua handed the flag to 2024 hosts Puerto Rico and already we look forward to ASW 2024 and the Charter Show in December 2023. Spare a thought for the organisers who never stop! New Charter Show manager Karen Kelly Shea has her work cut out.
The first finishers in the Pacific Row have landed, Samara, Kevinia, Chrystal are not far behind: only 600 miles to go, the girls are currently 9th overall 2nd in the females class. With summer sailing at the NSA, AYC youth sailing, Saturday racing, Antigua is truly the ocean nation that never stays ashore!
