Applicant must be a detail oriented, self-starting individual with a friendly and approachable personality. Must be pro-active and
punctual. Focused, flexible and structured approach to the job is required. Previous resort experience will be an asset.
F&B applicants require an up-to-date Food Handlers Certificate. Primary specific qualifications by position
are:
F&B SERVER
- Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality with a fully engaged, service-oriented attitude
- A very dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, we seek talented servers that gain great pride looking after guest and are consistently pleasant and polite in their forthcoming.
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- A team player who is alert to Guest and Team Member needs
F&B PORTER
- Knowledge of basic bar and restaurant hospitality with a fully engaged, service-oriented attitude
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift a minimum of 30lbs
- Ability to deliver departmental supplies to designated drop off areas and properly stock and store all departmental supplies
- A very dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, we seek talented porters that gain great pride looking after guest and are consistently pleasant and polite in their forthcoming.
- A team player who is alert to Guest and Team Member needs
LINE CHEF
- Have experience in all aspects of kitchen preparation and on the hot line
- Have high standards in food presentation with knowledge of basic cooking standards
- Are imaginative and flexible and passionate about the hospitality industry
- Takes pride in delivering consistent, quality meals with strong attention to detail
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift a minimum of 30lbs
KITCHEN STEWARD
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, supplies, and dishes/pots/pans while contributing to a safe environment.
- Responsible for the safe use and storage of chemicals and equipment and comply with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Assist chefs as necessary.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift a minimum of 30lbs
HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
- Ability to consistently ensure and maintain guest rooms and public areas to standard with amenities properly presented and a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
- Physical ability and stamina required and ability to work under pressure especially between check-out and check-in time
- Possess excellent people skills and ability to comfortably interact with guests & team.
