The successful applicant will:
Have good communication skills with a desire to interact with guests and coworkers, an even temperament and the initiative to work on your own but enjoy working as part of a team
Possess a friendly and approachable personality
Be dynamic, with a focused and structured approach to the job
Have experience, training and certification in Water Sports
To be able to conduct rescues if and when necessary
To be able to operate a motorized boat and sail any other Water Sports equipment
To carry out water-sports related duties as per company standard
To assist in minor repairs of all Water Sports equipment
To be able to swim 200 yards at any given time on the job
Be capable of carrying loads across varied terrain on property
Be versatile and be willing to undertake routine tasks
Have a good level of general education
Be able to work flexible hours
Previous experience in resort operations will be an asset
