Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Proactive with technical knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proficient in Excel and computer skills, with organizational proficiency
- Ideal if experienced with Opera Systems
- Flexible schedule, able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- 3-4 years of luxury resort experience in a Department Head role
- Thrives on diverse and challenging work, taking pride in accomplishments
Responsibilities
- Deliver passionate service consistently
- Contribute to shaping the work environment with innovative ideas and collaborative efforts across departments
- Foster inclusion and embrace diversity within the team
- Direct and control Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, Bellmen, and Guest Services staff activities
- Respond to guest requests, ensuring maximum satisfaction while adhering to company policies
- Serve as the primary guest ambassador, assisting guests as needed
- Manage Front Desk shifts and ensure communication with the Rooms Division team
- Interview, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance
- Implement progressive discipline when necessary
- Identify revenue opportunities and maximize red date conversion
- Ensure strategic business decisions are executed effectively
- Plan and manage Rooms Division revenue and expenses
- Maximize departmental profit while controlling costs
- Contribute to the development and execution of the resort's annual marketing plan to increase revenues and enhance the resort's image.
