And they’re off! Team Wadadli left for La Gomera in the Canaries on November 28 to prepare for the start of their rowing journey on December 15th. Pictured above, Team Wadadli consists of (left to right) Peter Smith (74), Archie Bailey (50), Dr. Nicholas Fuller (67) and JD Hall (29). The crew will row a Rannoch R45 fours boat dubbed “Wa’Omoni” more than 3000 NM across the Atlantic, starting from San Sebastian in La Gomera to Nelson’s Dockayard here in Antigua. Track their progress in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge with the Race Tracker, or with their InReach Tracker. Be sure to like their Facebook page for all of their updates throughout the journey. Best of luck and safe rowing to Team Wadadli!
