Cocobay Resort, a unique boutique hotel, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to fill the following position:

BAR SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations in a high-volume environment ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless service.
• Ensure exceptional service and quality standards in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Motivate, train, and inspire team members to excel in their roles.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage orders, and build relationships with local suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a commitment to team development.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
