Meet Mr. Itajah Simmons – Exhibitor Spotlight Owner of Simmons Farm, Mr. Simmons brings over a decade of hands-on experience in cultivating sweet, seasoning, and bell peppers, as well as vibrant red, orange, and yellow watermelons. With a Master’s in Renewable Energy and Biogas and cutting-edge drone technology on his five-acre farm in Big Creek, he’s redefining modern farming. He also serves as a Mechanical Engineer at Public Works—proof that agriculture and engineering go hand in hand!
