Patterson Hill Apartment is a beautiful, recently built apartment located on the top of Patterson Hill in Liberta.  Just a 10 minute drive away from English Harbour.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fully equipped with all kitchen utensils.

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed, air conditioning has been installed.  Both bedrooms also have built in wardrobes, dressers, bedside cabinets and full length mirrors.

There is a large closet space with a built in safe and there is wooden flooring situated throughout the apartment.  Windows are all double glazed with hurricane resistant glass and mosquito nets.

Outside there is a deck with a table that seats six and lounge furniture, there is also a BBQ area with plenty of shade and lots of additional seating. The garden has children’s swings.  Additionally the pool area has lounge chairs for sunbathing and shade.

Another benefit is a back-up generator for any unexpected power outages.  Water is cistern only.

Included in the monthly rental rate is Cable TV and Wireless Internet.  Electricity bills are to be paid monthly.
