The Grove is an architect designed high quality, low density luxury residence complex and offering a choice of two spacious 2-bedroom apartments, a 1-bedroom apartment, upper level 2- bedroom penthouse, or a 3-bedroom penthouse. Utilizing the newest of energy efficient technology and construction materials, The Grove Residences are the result of a 5-year high specification design and construction plan.  The project offers a blend of old English Colonial with modern, Caribbean living styling. The sumptuous interiors are designed and detailed to provide a contemporary feel with chic, high-end finishes.

Access through triple bi fold aluminium double glazed doors to the south facing pool and pool deck, sun shaded areas, bbq and lounging, featuring infinity edge swimming pool with multi colour underwater lighting, integral seating area, and an oversized tanning deck with splendid views over Falmouth bay and the hills beyond.

Please note the below rates include 14% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax). There is a departure deep cleaning charge of US$215 payable in addition to the below rates. Stays over one week incur an additional cleaning charge of US$120 per once weekly clean. There is an electricity allowance included of 85 units per nights stay. Late checkout is usually available at a rate of 50% of a nightly rate.

There is a Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person per day (over 5 years) payable and will be invoiced separately
