Viviana is a lovely three bedroom two bathroom villa located close to Willoughby overlooking the waterfront and less than ten minutes drive from English Harbour. Available for long term rental Viviana offers comfortable and spacious accommodation with a large open covered patio overlooking the water, and extensive landscaped tropical gardens.

The entrance from the gated paved parking area is onto the patio and into the main reception room and lounge. The kitchen is accessed either from the lounge or from the parking area making easy access with the groceries ! The kitchen was recently completely refurbished with new cabinets, loads of storage space and modern appliances. Cooking is by propane gas. There is a study / office or small dining room off the lounge. The three bedrooms are located through an archway on the breezier side of the house.

There are three bedrooms, a master with sea views and en suite shower room and two further double bedrooms and a house bathroom. The bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans and all have fitted closets.

Viviana is offered for long term rental fully furnished. The house is connected to APUA utilities and there is a standby generator, and generous water storage. Landscaping and generator maintenance are included in the monthly rental.
