Presenting Akare Villa, a 4,000+ sq. ft. beachfront villa with four bedrooms and three full baths, all nicely positioned on .40 acres of numerous palms, banana trees, limes, and guava. A mere 10 steps to Crawl Bay Beach, Akare Villa is within a popular, expat community of homes overlooking the reef-protected waters of Willoughby Bay. The views of the protected bay are truly stunning.

The indoor living area is 2,500 sq. ft. of Caribbean style living and is equipped with stylish, comfortable furniture. Also included in this area is a 55” Smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar for streaming your favorite music. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, sit down breakfast counter, gas range with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and trash disposal unit. The floors are nicely tiled throughout and the high beamed wood ceilings are all finished in attractive, Caribbean styled, tongue and groove.

A set of double glass sliding doors lead directly out to a 10 ft. wide, covered verandah of 2,600 sq. ft. The verandah embraces all four sides of this attractively designed, single level, plantation-style villa. Enjoy your favorite cocktail while entertaining your friends and family at Akare’s bar on the verandah. Meals are enjoyed at one of two dining tables, also on the verandah. When combined, there is dining for up to ten people. Four attractive teak sun loungers and four teak chairs with side tables are set on the outdoor sun deck. Here one will enjoy a dip in the 14 ft. X 36 ft. (4’ 8” constant depth) swimming pool.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, wardrobe space, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, and travertine shower stall. Large double French doors in the master open directly onto the covered verandah overlooking the home’s private swimming pool and the colorful, waters of Willoughby Bay.

The second guest bedroom suite is also ensuite with a single vanity sink and travertine tile shower. The bedroom has the option of either two twin beds, or they can be combined into a comfortable king bed. Two wardrobe closets offer plenty of storage. This bedroom has a stunning ocean view with double French doors leading out to the covered verandah.

A third bedroom is fitted with a twin bunk bed over a double bed below, plus an additional second adjacent twin bed. The full, hallway bathroom immediately adjacent to this bedroom, has a travertine tub/shower combo and single sink vanity. This bath is also accessible from the main living area.

There is the use of a gated, easy access gate that is just 10 steps to the beach. Two picnic tables are provided under a shade tree for wonderful opportunities of enjoying beachfront barbecues or for simply soaking in the peaceful, and serene views. After enjoying time at this beach, an outdoor shower and foot bath are provided for a quick, convenient rinse off.
