The Hill Club is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house enjoying stunning views over Nelson's Dockyard and only a few minutes walk from all the bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities of English Harbour. Rebuilt in 2011, the house features wonderful mature landscaped gardens, a 30 ft. infinity style pool looking out over Nelsons Dockyard and one of the most spectacular views in the Caribbean.

The House

The Hill Club has 4 very spacious air-conditioned bedrooms each with a luxury en-suite bathroom and a private terrace/balcony.  The house features a 50 foot long central living area with bifold doors to the front and rear verandahs so that the whole area can be opened to the cooling trade winds.  It features state of the art kitchen facilities, cable television, DVD, Bose sound dock, WI-Fi internet throughout the house and free maid service.  The house has Brazilian teak flooring throughout, wonderful landscaped gardens and a 30-foot pool overlooking Nelson's Dockyard.

Living Area

Huge 50-foot living space with kitchen, dining and lounging areas open to the outside via walls of bi-fold glass doors.  Spacious front and rear verandahs continuous with the living space offer outside relaxation and eating areas.  The front verandah leads onto the pool area and the rear verandah to a lush tropical garden.  Completely separate air conditioned TV den and library with cable television and DVD player.

Kitchen

State of the art Bosch facilities arranged over two twelve foot islands with two American style fridge freezers with water cooling and ice making, dishwasher and microwave.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master bedroom with king-size bed and adjoining dressing area with outdoor terrace and views to Nelson’s Dockyard. Large en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins, Grohe shower heads and luxurious bathtub with views to Nelson's Dockyard.

Second bedroom with queen-size bed, single daybed/settee and outdoor terrace with views to Shirley Heights.  En-suite bathroom with shower and his and hers Grohe shower heads.

Third bedroom with two singles or king-size bed with balcony overlooking the garden.  En-suite bathroom with shower and his and hers Grohe shower heads.

Fourth bedroom with two singles or kingsize bed and a single daybed/settee with adjoining dressing area and balcony overlooking the garden.  En-suite bathroom with shower and his and hers Grohe shower heads.

Garden

A 30ft. by 16ft. swimming pool with comfortable loungers and table and chairs, outside barbeque, car parking area, half an acre of mature gardens and landscaped lawns.

Services

Maid Service is available for 5 days; Monday- Friday. Weekends available at an additional cost. There is a utility room with a large washing machine, dryer etc. Twice weekly garden and pool maintenance, cable television, DVD player, Bose docking for iPod, games console and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

** Electricity is metered and it is encouraged to use the air conditioning adequately in order not to incur any extra charges.

Location

The Hill Club overlooks Nelson's Dockyard and Ordinance Bay with far reaching views out to sea and is framed on either side by Shirley Heights to the East and Pigeon Point Hill to the West, making this undoubtedly one of the best views in the Caribbean.

The Hill Club is only a few minutes walk from all the facilities, day and nightlife of English Harbour and the marina.

Pigeon Beach is within walking distance and Galleon Beach can be reached by water taxi from Nelson's Dockyard.
