AMPUTEE JAMOL PILGRIM TO COMPETE AT THE PARALYMPICS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER AT LONDON 2012 Wednesday 19th October 2011
Jamol Pilgrim after losing his right leg from just above the knee following an accident in November 2009 and fitted with a prosthetic leg, has become a top athlete in the T42 100 and 200 metres.
Jamol is expected to represent Antigua & Barbuda and compete at the Paralympics for the first time ever next year, in London 2012 Paralympics.
