HIHO SPONSORS TEAM ANTIGUA

HIHO, the BVI-based apparel brand, is pleased to announce sponsorship of Team Antigua in the 2017 Talisker Whisky Rowing Challenge. The team of 4-Antiguan rowers will test themselves on a transatlantic race from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean. Rowing 24-hours a day for en estimated 35-days the team will be protected wearing HIHO Suntek shirts.

In the Talisker Whisky Rowing Challenge teams will test themselves on the 3000 mile course from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to the finish in English Harbour, Antigua. Considered one of the most arduous competitions in the world the event features 34 teams and 93 individual racers.

Team Antigua comprises 4-rowers: Eli Fuller, Nico Psihoyos, Big John Watt and Scott Potter. All friends and expert watermen, the team are actively preparing for the event with gym training, coaching and inter-island rowing.

The HIHO Suntek product will be a perfect compliment to the teams arduous athletic effort and exposure to the elements.

HIHO will produce a range of Team Antigua gear featuring the brands Suntek SPF shirts, plus hats, shorts and shirts. Official Team Antigua gear will be available in Antigua and online soon.
