TEAM FACING IT PREP FOR TWAC 2016 START
Thursday 24th November 2016

After an unfortunate sponsorship loss which would have put them out of this year’s Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, Team Facing It has come back and are preparing for the start, after deciding to self-finance the team to get to the challenge.

Antigua resident Wayne Johnson, alongside Stuart Connacher and Charl Gale, make up Team Facing It, representing South Africa amongst 11 other teams. The teams will gather in La Gomera for final preparations for the start of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge on December 14th.

Team Facing It is taking on this challenge to raise awareness and gather donations for The Smile Foundation, helping children with facial defects in South Africa. Support Team Facing It and the charity they are rowing for by donating here.

Check out Team Facing It on Facebook and on their website, and stay up to date with the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge on the Atlantic Campaigns Facebook Page.
