2019 TALISKER WHISKY ATLANTIC CHALLENGE WRAPS

The arrival of women’s pairs team Row Off The Wall on Saturday signals the end of the 2019 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge after 86 days. Even with the final arrival, a record was broken, as team member Sara Brewer becomes the oldest women to row any ocean at age 64!

Nelson’s Dockyard has now seen the arrival of 35 teams in this year’s challenge, and each arrival can be watched on the Atlantic Campaigns video feed on Facebook. Look out the 2019 wrap film, coming soon!

The 2020 edition of the TWAC will start, weather permitting, on 12th December from La Gomera in the Canary Islands, and will end, 3000nm later, in Nelson’s Dockyard, Antigua.
