Dalia's journey began at the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute, where her immersion in the culinary arts ignited a passion for hospitality. This early spark propelled her to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management from the National University of La Plata, Argentina, followed by a Master’s in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the esteemed Cett: School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Gastronomy in Barcelona, Spain.

Her career path reflects a remarkable breadth of experience, having excelled in various departments, including Food and Beverage, Front Office, Kitchen, Conferences & Events, and Housekeeping. These roles have provided her with a holistic understanding of resort operations, equipping her with the tools to succeed in her current leadership position.

As Lead Duty Manager at The Verandah Antigua, Dalia embodies a transformational leadership style characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
