WADADLI JUNIOR CHEF COMPETITION Monday 9th October 2023

ABHTA is thrilled to launch its first Taste of Wadadli Junior Chef Competition. This fiery competition will feature 18 exceptional talented junior chefs from High Schools and Tertiary Institutions across the island who will compete for the coveted title. The winning Junior Chef will also have the honor of joining the official Antigua and Barbuda chef team at taste of Caribbean in Miami 2024.
The taste of Wadadli Junior Chef competition will receive tremendous support from ECAB Antigua with a contribution of EC $10,000 to the winning school and in 2nd place Digicel Antigua will also be contributing EC $5,000. Both contributions will go towards enhancing the schools Home Economics facility.
The competing schools will be preparing our very own local dish, The Antiguan Pepperpot to be presented in fine style fit for the global stage. The preliminary competitions are scheduled for October 27th and 30th.
