Reviewed January 23rd, 2015We were supposed to stay at Hermitage Bay but they made a mistake with our reservation so we ended up at Carlisle Bay. And I am so happy that we did! Everything about our stay was fantastic. The resort is beautiful. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The food was excellent (a pleasant surprise I wasn't expecting from an all inclusive). But what makes this resort is the people that work here! Everyone we encountered was great! Not only were they friendly, they were personable. We had many laughs with them. Service was superb in every way! I really can't say anything bad about Carlisle Bay! If you are looking for a top notch resort that caters to your every need in a beautiful, relaxing environment then look no further!
