We are seeking organized, enthusiastic, proactive and creative professionals to join our team. The successful applicants will be required to work following the team’s policies and procedures in addition to Carlisle Bay’s philosophies, guiding values and standards to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
Assistant Property Manager
With a minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the physical property and vehicles by managing and following through with the necessary diagnosis, repairs, installation, and up-grades in accordance with the hotel’s standards and health & safety guidelines to ensure the safety of guests and staff in the hotel. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating the department’s training and development and manage the hotel’s health and safety programs. Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in technical planning and extensive working knowledge in electrical work, electric vehicles, generators, plumbing, A/C and refrigeration and qualifications in electrical engineering at a managerial level are required. Working experience internationally in luxury resorts would be an asset.
Cost Controller Assistant
With a minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience the successful candidate will support the Cost Controller in managing and maintaining the hotel’s cost control systems and procedures. He/she will monitor costs and conduct regular audits. He/she will work closely with various departments to control and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards in the hotel’s operations. He/she will assist the Cost Controller in the preparation and analysis of cost reports. The ideal candidate should have the relevant experience within the hotel industry or in a similar position.
IT Assistant
With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support/help desk role, with working knowledge of Windows OS, basic Active Directory tasks, and user permissions, familiarity with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, understanding of network basics (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi connectivity), etc. strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a live hospitality environment. Successful applicant will assist in monitoring and responding to help desk requests in a timely and professional manner.
Painter
With a minimum of 5 years’ experience at a luxury establishment with various painting techniques, the successful applicant must have a good understanding of different paint types and finishes and how to choose the right paint for a specific project. Must be experienced in planning, organizing, and executing painting projects and managing timelines. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have the relevant experience within the hotel industry or in a similar position.
