IN-PERSON MINDFULNESS RETREAT Tuesday 20th April 2021
Join the retreat with Zoe at gorgeous Carlisle Bay Antigua on April 30th– May 2nd, 2021. Three (3) nights’ inclusive - with an option for on-islanders to come on a day rate too.
This retreat aims to guide you to achieve a felt-sense feeling of inner peace and relaxation, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
The practice of Mindfulness will have a powerfully positive impact on your life that you can carry with you out in your life beyond the retreat.
This 3-day journey will include daily Mindful meditation sessions to give you tools to navigate through challenging times, as well as including daily mindful movement practices, including yoga and qigong to strengthen, release and relax the nervous system and promote health and vitality through breath and movement, to clear the effects of stress and tension from the physical body.
Zoe will also be available for personalised holistic specialist sessions during this retreat, to assess your health needs to gain optimal health and wellbeing, along with valuable lifestyle recommendations and advice to optimise your wellbeing.

Friday 30th April
4.30 – 5.30pm: Arrival Mindful Meditation followed by a Gentle and Grounding Yoga Flow 🧘🏻♀️.
5:30-7pm: Fire Pit Ceremony with Live Music 🔥🎶
Saturday 1st May
8 – 9.30am: Energising Yoga Flow 🤸♀️

4.30 – 5.30pm: Mindfulness Meditation 🧘🏻♀️
Sunday 2nd May
8 – 9.30am: Sunday Morning Mindful
