The Francis Nunes Jr. Memorial Tournament and Seafood Festival will take place this year on Saturday, September 27, 2014 in Nelson's Dockyard, English Harbour.  Come and celebrate, fish and have fun with us for this one day tournament.

This tournament has a difference - it really is about celebrating food and family.  Bring everyone down to enjoy the fantastic food on offer.  There will be everything from lobster to crab, sushi, carpaccio, fried fish, fungi and seafood rice.  One thing is for sure - you won't leave hungry and don't forget to take some away.  Fresh fish will be on sale for EC $12 per pound.

Festivities get under way on Friday evening with registration and the skippers' briefing.  Come on down to the Dockyard and get a preview of the delicious food and drink that will also be on offer on Saturday - there's so much to experience that you won't be able to do it all on one day.

Lines will be out by 3:00 pm Saturday and weigh-in will be between then and 4:30 pm.  But the Saturday grills will be fired up by 2.30 pm with all your favourites so come down and enjoy the food and atmosphere from early.  There will be plenty of dining and drinking space for everyone, including covered areas in case of rain or for the heat of the day!

Of course drinkers won't be left out - there will be everything from coffee to rum, all at great prices!

And best of all, there will be a new entertainment line up this year.  The entertainment will be announced next week so watch this space for breaking news.

Fishermen, please come and join the party - leave your boats at Nelson's Dockyard Marina, stay with us until Sunday morning and kick back and enjoy the lime!
