October 19th is the annual Grace Cookoff Competition. Are you ready to claim the top prize of EC$1,000.00? You have 30min to prep, cook, and present a fresh piece of fish to our panel of judges who will decide the winners. In case we forgot to mention, you have to use a clay coal pot with local coal and NO lighter fluid!
