The launch party sets the mood for the Annual Antigua and Barbuda Sport Fishing Party and for 2012 the party takes place on May 12th at Calabash, in Galleon Beach. The bar and restaurant is in a stunning location, right alongside Galleon beach (or Freeman’s Bay) and has plenty of space for the 500 party goers to enjoy themselves.
The party is special because it comes at the end of the autumn season and at the start of the Carnival party season. It's a fantastic group of fishermen, friends, families and people looking for a fun night out, and is not to be missed.
The night starts at 8pm and dancing continues until you drop. A garden bar will provide a welcome chill out area and a tasty menu including goat water, conch water, jerk pork sandwiches, Indian curry with pappadums and shrimp friend rice will help soak up Cavalier Rum and Carib drunk throughout the night.
