Shoreside the crowd started gathering from two o'clock, grills were fired and the serious business of eating and drinking began. Shrimp, lobster, chowders, conch water and seafood rice and pasta was eaten in vast quantities and in most cases sold out before the end of the evening.
All day Chickie and his team kept the music coming along with Laku Samuel and later cuban singer Sunnay provided a lyrical latin vibe which kept diners nodding their heads throughout dinner.
Some extra glamour came from Chivas Regal bottle bar, Premier Beverages Rosé Wine Bar and Bryden's Blue Bubbly Cocktail Bar serving Bombay Sapphire and Grey Goose Vodka cocktails. Carib giveaways, EC$5 bar and Monster who was in full force with their quiz to win drinks completed the bars.
