Trade Winds Hotel has announced an exciting job opportunity for experienced and professional Security Officers to join its dedicated team. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-pressure environments, are detail-oriented, and are passionate about maintaining both safety and hospitality.

Ideal candidates will be responsible for patrolling hotel grounds, monitoring entrances, responding to incidents, and ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for guests and staff alike. The position also demands a high level of professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests with strong customer service

• Conducting routine patrols and equipment inspections

• Monitoring public areas for safety

• Responding promptly to emergencies

• Maintaining accurate reports and logs

• Ensuring professional conduct at all times

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in a security role

• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Legal authorization to work in Antigua & Barbuda

• Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
