Jolly Harbour, Antigua – Fitness enthusiasts, get ready! The Jolly Harbour Sports Village is finally opening this weekend, offering residents a new hub for sports, wellness, and community.
On Friday from 4–6pm, residents get an exclusive sneak peek to tour the facility, try the equipment, and speak with staff.
On Saturday from 10am–1pm, there’s a class sampler:
10:00am: Zumba
10:30am: Bootcamp/X-Fit & Yoga
11:00am: Floor Pilates
11:30am: Aqua Sports & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
12:00pm: Reformer Pilates
12:30pm: Zumba
Residents can also enjoy a 10-minute chair massage from 10am–12pm and ask questions to a physiotherapist.
On Sunday from 8am–5pm, the Sports Village is open to residents with full access to the pool, tennis, pickleball, and more.
Starting Monday, the Sports Village officially opens for regular use. Details on access, enrollment, and the app have been sent via CDAL emails.
