We have a full-time vacancy for Junior Office Administrator at our well-established Marine facility. Our employees work as a team, generating a spirit that sets us apart from other businesses. Required skills and experience: • Must be fully computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, NetSuite and Quick Books. • Must have a confident, positive attitude and excellent communications skills for directly dealing with customers. • Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, be well organized and trustworthy. • Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations. • Full command of the English language – written and spoken. • Fluency in other languages would be an asset. • Minimum of 2 years work experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role essential. • Must be a team player contributing to creating that excellent guest experience. • Will be required to work a varied daytime schedule including weekends and public holidays. • A fair wage and standard benefit options will be offered to the appropriate candidate. • Required to interact effectively with customers, visitors, staff and management.
