Emerald Mist is a new apartment building containing 6 apartments, in the heart of English Harbour.
Apartment Units are as follows:-
Three 2-bedroom, one bathroom apartments and 3 Studio apartments, all self-contained with outdoor verandah space. One of the 2-bedroom apartments is available for rent either long or short term, all other units are available short term and fully furnished. Kitchens are fitted with modern stainless steel/ black appliances. All bedrooms have a choice of a ceiling fan and air conditioning. All apartments have an ocean and harbour view, and enjoy watching an assortment of mega yachts and sailboats.
The Apartments are a stone's throw away from the harbour and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, Nelson's Dockyard, Pigeon Point Beach, and all public amenities. Off-street parking is available with one parking space per apartment.
The apartments are connected to APUA fibre optic internet. There is a generator in the event of power outages and a communal laundry space. One of the 2 bedroom Apartments has its very own utility cupboard.
Rates start from $1,400USD per week for a studio short term and from $2,500USD per week for a 2-bedroom apartment, depending on the time of year. Rental rates are subject to an additional 14% Villa Tax and Tourism Levy.
