CELEBRITY CHEF DINNER –FRIDAY, MAY 9

In partnership with the Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority, Rokuni will host an exclusive Celebrity Chef Dinner on Friday, May 9, featuring acclaimed Antiguan Chef Kareem Roberts and internationally celebrated Chef Kerth Gumbs, both best known from BBC’s Great British Menu. This one-night-only tasting experience brings together bold Caribbean flavours and modern culinary finesse in an unforgettable collaborative menu.

Guests will enjoy a five-course meal crafted by the two celebrity chefs in conjunction with the award-winning team at Rokuni, with a wine and cocktail pairing at the stunning venue. This event highlights the essence of Restaurant Week—celebrating culinary innovation and local excellence

MUSIC ON THE RIDGE: CULINARY MONTH EDITION –SATURDAY, MAY 18

Following a series of hit pool parties, Music on the Ridge returns for a very special Culinary Month edition on Saturday, May 18. This high-energy poolside celebration will feature music by DJ Dave Boynes, plus sunset saxophone by Lael, bringing smooth rhythms to Rokuni’s iconic Sugar Ridge location.

Guests can expect drink specials, a poolside grill, and unbeatable party vibes, all in celebration of Antigua & Barbuda as a premier culinary destination. Free entry will be granted to those holding a Restaurant Week Passport and all registered attendees of CHTA Caribbean Travel Marketplace, which kicks off the same day.

This expanded edition of Music on the Ridge continues to build momentum, following increasing demand from both locals and visitors alike. Rocks Group is proud to work closely with the Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority to highlight the island’s rich food culture and vibrant hospitality scene.
