We are expanding our fantastic, friendly, and hard-working team and are looking for dynamic, service-oriented staff for two key roles! We are hiring for two key roles: We are looking for individuals ready to bring their A-game to the best spot on the water! - Dynamic Waiter/Waitress (Floor Service)
You are a people-person with a natural smile and a drive to deliver exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a calm, professional demeanor. - Bar/Floor Team Member (Dual Role)
You are a versatile individual who is comfortable both shaking cocktails behind the bar and serving customers on the floor. Experience in bartending is a must, and a flair for mixing drinks is a huge plus!
Who We Are Looking For (For Both Roles): You are energetic, reliable, and punctual. You have a passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome. You are an excellent communicator and a fantastic team player. Previous experience in a similar role is a big advantage. You must be legally eligible to work in Antigua.
What You Will Be Doing: You will be the face of Cloggys! Your main goal is to ensure every guest has a memorable and happy dining experience. Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serving guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Bar/Floor Role: Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard. Anticipating guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Handling payments and contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.
