Job Opportunity: IT Security Administrator

Location: Antigua, Head Office

Role: IT Security Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system administration on specialized cyber defense applications and systems (e.g., antivirus, audit, and remediation) or Virtual Private Network (VPN) devices, including installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and restoration.
• Conduct or support authorized penetration testing, vulnerability scans, and remediation on enterprise network assets.
• Define and prioritize essential system capabilities or business functions required for partial or full system restoration after a catastrophic failure event.
• Ensure the application of security patches for commercial products is integrated into the system design to meet timelines dictated by management.
• Develop security compliance processes and conduct audits for external services (e.g., cloud service providers, data centers).
• Document and address the organization's IT security, cybersecurity architecture, and systems security engineering requirements throughout the acquisition life cycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (concentration in IT Security preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Recognized security certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+, CISA, etc.
• Five or more years of experience in IT security.
