DOCTOR APPOINTED IN A&B TO CONDUCT UK ENG1 Thursday 2nd May 2019
The ENG1 is a medical exam that all crew working on UK ships and mega yachts are required to have, in order to prove that they are medically fit to perform their duties, thereby reducing the number of potential hazards at sea.
Only a small number of doctors approved by the MCA are allowed to conduct the medical and there is now a doctor certified by MCA in Antigua and Barbuda.
This is an important appointment, which supports the other crew training facilities provided in Antigua and Barbuda.
