JOB VACANCY: WATERSPORT SUPERVISOR Monday 28th July 2025
The Verandah Antigua is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Water Sports Supervisor to lead our water sports operations. This role ensures guests enjoy safe, fun, and memorable experiences on the water.
Key Qualifications:
-
2+ years’ experience in water sports or marine operations
-
Boat Master License, Short Range Radio Course License
-
CPR & First Aid certified
-
Skilled in sailing, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding
-
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
-
Familiarity with the Marine Environment Flag System
-
Certified water sports instructor
-
Excellent leadership and communication skills
-
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Experienced in team training and supervision
