Villa 412C in Jolly Harbour was a challenging renovation, but in only 3 months Turners Construction was able to completely transform this basic, boring villa into a luxury waterfront eye catcher.
Completely removing the existing electrics, plumbing, kitchen and non-structural walls, they were able to enlarge the interior layout to allow the kitchen and living room to flow into the newly built waters edge patio via triple pocket glass sliding doors.
They have modified the main front entrance to enlarge the kitchen and to accommodate a pantry in the garage, converted the downstairs half bathroom into a full bathroom with shower, installed a brand new kitchen, central air conditioning, new lighting, plumbing, wall to wall porcelain tiles and plastered all walls and ceilings from stucco to smooth.
