The Barbados based Caribbean Centre for Conlict Management Inc. has teamed up with the Antigua & Barbuda Coalition of Services Industries (ABSCI) to teach you the fundamental skills you need to have to help you manage conflict in your workplace.
Workplace conflict can lead to lost productivity, sabotage, litigation, workplace violence and bullying, absenteeism, high turn over and customer loss. All factors that can diminish your reputation and image, but more so your bottom line!

The Caribbean Centre for Conflict Management Inc. is a Barbadian based organization, registered as a training provider with the Barbados Accreditation Council. Since 2007 we have been training persons from both the Public and Private sector in conflict resolution skills.
