Villa Musica’s unique and secluded setting offers breathtaking views of English Harbour, Falmouth Harbour and the surrounding areas, whilst being nestled below the foothills of Monks Hill on a gently sloping half acre plot on Antigua’s beautiful South coast.
Villa Musica has been designed to maximise the spectacular panoramic views while maintaining an intimate, yet cosy living space across approximately 4,000 square foot of multi-levelled floor space consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an office which can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom, plus a one bedroom studio which has a kitchen, bathroom and small balcony.
There is also a one bedroom cottage which is currently used as a recording studio. With a little refurbishing it would be perfect as a guest cottage.
A true outdoor/indoor experience has been achieved at Villa Musica. From the paved courtyard surrounded by tropical gardens to the hand-cut limestone walls and the rarely found stone fireplace in the living area. Everything has been done to create a rustic, Caribbean way of living that includes multiple viewpoints, spiral staircases and alcove areas ideal to watch the yachts sail by.
Villa Musica has a wonderful panoramic balcony and swimming pool with lush vegetation. The bedrooms are situated either side of the courtyard with the master bedroom occupying 200 square feet including en-suite and dressing area. The bedroom wings are separated by walkways on both sides. The dining room, with adjoining kitchen, overlooks both the balcony and pool.
