Casa Colina is located high up on the hill behind Friars Hill Estate overlooking Dickenson Bay. It has 280 degrees of beautiful ocean views reaching out as far as Blue Waters.

This luxurious villa has 4000 sq.ft. spread over two floors.

On the main floor, the upper level, there is a spacious and luxurious lounge with a comfortable sofa seating area. It has a 60 inch smart, flat screen, TV connected to a BOSE system with 9 surround sound speakers. The large fully equipped kitchen has a good sized pantry/storage/laundry room. This floor also houses a half bathroom, a smaller room for an office, and at the end of the hallway the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a California king bed (teak furniture coming from Gazebo), a generous walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower.

All rooms, upstairs and downstairs, have stunning views and cooling, gentle, breezes. All rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom and one of the guest rooms have AC units.

The main floor incorporates two large covered verandahs at the back and front of the house. At the back of the house the verandah has a dining table to sit six and a lounge area with sofas as well as a BBQ area with views over the garden and hills around.
