EXPRESSIONS SEASON 4 CONTINUES! Tuesday 9th October 2012
October is here and "Expressions: Poetry In The Pub" Season 4 continues to keep it rolling. The open-mic night goes down on Tuesday 9th October at the Heavenly Java 2 Go located at the boardwalk of the Redcliffe Quay. The evening starts at 8:00 pm, with the first poet taking the mic at 8:30 pm. Poets in addition to other writers, singers, musicians and dancers are welcome to take the stage.
Expressions is open to persons age 18 and older. Interested persons can sign-up in advance by emailing augustrush.antigua@gmail.com or calling 783-4120 or 779-6634. You can also sign-up on the night of the event; cut-off time for submission of names is 9:30 pm. There will also be a special giveaway presented during the evening.
Poetry In The Pub takes place every second and fourth Tuesdays in the month, and will run from September 2012 to June 2013.
