SAILING INTO SUMMER AND WHAT’S ON Wednesday 24th May 2023
After the excitement of Classics and ASW, most of the big boats have sailed away, but there’s lots going on all around Antigua this week on and off the water. As part of the World Sailing Initiative, The National sailing Academy give ladies a chance at “steering a course”; have a go at sailing and kayaking. Second Star Sailing takes that a step further, offering “women at the helm” internships to those keen to develop further.
The 55th Annual Sports Fishing Tournament is here this week, 25-28th May, which includes the Mike Pigott Jr. Memorial Classic 2023, in memory of a young, passionate fisherman. This year could be your turn to land a record-breaking Blue Marlin.
