There’s no excuse not to be fit and healthy in 2023: Antigua Wellness January is really taking off this week. You could hike, Zumba and even join Socarobix on the beach. Even more exciting this week will be the arrival of the first TWAC-eras! These Atlantic Rowers chose to row 3000 miles to reach Nelson’s Dockyard. Well, it’s worth getting to! Be there to welcome them in, keep an eye on the yellow tracker to be sure of their arrival time, and just CHEER! 

It’s been impossible to miss that Election Day is coming up on 18th January: will we see a change of government? Whatever the result it’s been a tumultuous ride. 

With new employment opportunities, music and restaurant specials what a week it’s going to be!
