On Monday, August 21st at approximately 2:21 pm, residents will be treated to a rare and remarkable experience, witnessing a partial eclipse. Safety is paramount in observing this astronomical phenomenon and as such local Optometrist, Dr. Jillia Bird advises that viewers will need proper eye protection.
