This week's What's On newsletter is all about eating healthy and also finding ways in which you can stay healthy and active. The first of many, monthly Farmer's Market which will feature 100% local products such as fresh produce, herbs, poultry, eggs & handmade craft, kicks off at the larder this Saturday, from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. See also the fitness centres where you can burn some calories at, whether it's in the day or at night!
Exciting events taking place this weekend and into next week include; specials on offer in dining, romantic dinners, party nights, cycle races, and for the die-hard Windies fans, India will be taking on our boys in two ODIs on June 30th and July 2nd, at Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium.
