Antigua’s east coast is the site of  "Seascapes".  It is situated on a cliff, 80 feet above Long Bay and Pineapple Beach.  The views are spectacular, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean all the way to Africa to the east, Great Bird Island to the north, and all of Antigua to the west.  The beach, reefs and turquoise waters below cannot be beat by any others on the shores of Antigua.
 

Seascapes is within a small, five homes, gated community called Lime Tree Hill.  This home is on a 1.5 acre lot with an additional one half acre of communal grounds.  The tropical gardens are mature with many palm and fruit tree specimens and immaculately maintained pathways.

Seascapes offers a truly secluded ocean view experience. Relax or dine under the spectacular verandas as you gaze upon the horizon, or a golden sunset. Use the private pathway to walk the beautiful landscaped gardens, only minutes to Long Bay Beach, one of the best of Antigua's beaches.

The main Limestone house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room all with full ocean views and easy access to sweeping verandas.

The main house has two bedrooms each with queen size beds, and en-suite bathrooms. The second bedroom has beautiful ocean views.

The cottage has 2 twin beds, separate bathroom, full kitchen with private patio. The cottage can sleep up to 4 as there is an option for 2 further twin beds.

A two car garage with workshop and back up generator, compliments the other buildings.  Limestone walls border the property.  Enjoy Long Bay Beach restaurants, La Tartaruga and Mama Pasta. Abondent water sports available at the beach with great reef snorkeling.

The whole property has recently just undergone some extensive upgrades and looks fresh and appealing for new visitors to the Island.
 

Seascapes is located about twenty minutes from English and Falmouth Harbors, on the south coast of Antigua, the yachting capital of the Caribbean.  It’s about thirty minutes to the capital, St. Johns, and to V. C. Bird International Airport.  This is a very attractive, versatile property, absolutely unique, and as close to paradise as one can get.
