A fabulous opportunity to rent a direct beachfront, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in the highly regarded, St. James’s Club Resort. Villa Shamrock (426) is being made available for the first time from the original owners and is a great opportunity for those seeking to rent a beach level villa. The private, secure, gated resort community is situated on beautiful Mamora Bay, minutes from historic English Harbour, a World Heritage Site. 

Villa Shamrock is comprised of three levels.  Entrance to the villa is on the middle level where the main entrance gives onto a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an electric oven with stove top, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, all exceptionally convenient if you choose to self-cater.  A few steps up from the kitchen leads you to the spacious and comfortable, open-plan dining and living area including comfortable furnishings a TV with US Cable and an indoor dining table for six.

There are two large sets of sliding glass doors flowing out onto a partially covered balcony with magnificent views of the lovely beach and clear and calm waters of Mamora Bay.  There is also a spacious dining table and chairs to accommodate six persons for outdoor dining and a smaller table and four chairs for cocktails or reading or working. A simply perfect area to enjoy alfresco dining, sun-filled days and star light evenings.

The two bedrooms of equal size are located on the lower ground floor patio level. Each bedroom offers full en-suite bathrooms and sliding doors to access the open court yard. One bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the other two twin / single beds (which can be pushed together to make a King). On the downstairs patio you will find loungers and an outdoor BBQ with a round table and chairs as a further outdoor dining option. This a great space for grilling and entertaining. The white sandy beach is a few steps off the patio and there is ample seating for you to sit and enjoy the surrounding views.

This villa is unique and in a very appealing location on the beach.  It is offered fully furnished and complete with air conditioning, ceiling fans, direct dial telephones, cable televisions, security safe, and linens and towels, etc.  There is access to Wi-Fi which is provided through the resort with a daily or weekly low charge applied.  Maid service is included twice per week throughout your stay.

You can avail yourself of all of St. James’s Club facilities including 4 seafront restaurants, a beach bar and grill, and the other bars and entertainment programme in the resort. If you do not feel like getting up from your sun lounger, grab a drink from the drink cart passing by with astonishing regularity! If you choose the all-inclusive plan all meals, beverages, and wines by the glass are included in the plan.  If you choose not to opt for the all-inclusive plan, you can charge drinks and meals to your account as you go.

Whether you choose all-inclusive or self-catering, the water sports, leisure and spa facility are available for you. Try your hand in sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and paddle boating under a watchful eye of seasoned water sports crew. Take part in beach volleyball matches, morning hikes, stretch, Pilates and Abs classes every day or sweat on your own terms in fully equipped, air-conditioned workout gym! Play tennis or learn to play with the resorts Pro on one of 4 floodlit tennis courts. And then take yourself to the beauty spa with a delightfully long menu of treatments. There is also an excellent Kids club, ideal for the families with young children and who wish to be involved with all the activities.

Only five minutes’ drive from the heart and soul of the famed English Harbour, many fine restaurants await you as well as nightclubs and the historical Nelson’s dockyard. Pigeon Beach and Shirley Heights Lookout are nearby with live bands and food served.
